About High Performance Insulation
High Performance Insulation provides high-performance spray foam insulation for custom homes, production builds, and commercial projects across Nashville. Our standard is simple: tighter execution, cleaner jobsites, faster communication, fewer callbacks, and a level of service that helps builders protect both schedule and reputation.
The builder-first standard
Fast, usable quotes
Complete plan sets move toward a usable working number with a 48 hours target, and builders who want to start from the address can route on-site measurements first.
Great comms
Builders get straight answers, clear next steps, and less front-end friction before the job ever reaches the field.
Cleaner execution
Crews are expected to install cleanly, protect the schedule, and hand the frame back fully ready for the next trade.
A better experience
The goal is not just to finish the install. The goal is to make High Performance the insulation partner they return to.
Customer-facing leadership
Great partnerships start with clear communication. That is why the customer-facing side of our company is built around responsiveness, accountability, and real relationship management. From the first quote request to project coordination, our customer-facing team is here to make the process easier, faster, more predictable, more responsive, and more reliable for builders across every stage of the relationship, with clear ownership and less friction.

Omar works directly with builders on quote requests, communication, and project coordination. He helps keep the process simple, responsive, and easy to navigate from initial outreach through handoff.
Field leadership
What makes a subcontractor valuable is not just the quote. It is the execution. Bayron and Elvis are brothers who started the business together, and they bring that same hard-working, family-first mentality to the way High Performance runs in the field. They stay closely involved in job quality, cleanliness, and the consistency builders need when deadlines, homeowner expectations, and reputation are all on the line.
Co-Owner / Operations Director
Bayron co-founded High Performance Insulation with his brother, Elvis, after spending the last 10 years in the spray foam industry. He is family-first, takes real pride in the craft, and on his off days you can usually find him at the park with his kids.

Elvis co-founded High Performance Insulation with his brother, Bayron, to build the best spray foam company they can. He is a hard worker who loves the trade, takes pride in the craft, and helps keep field execution aligned with the standard High Performance wants tied to its name.
Field standards
Finish quality
Leadership stays tied to work that reflects well on the builder after the crew leaves.
Site professionalism
Jobsites should stay cleaner, more organized, and easier for the next trade to walk into.
Consistency
Field performance should look as disciplined as the sales conversation that won the job.
Execution under pressure
Schedule pressure and homeowner expectations both demand tighter operational control.
Why we built this company
We built this company because many builders are forced to work around subcontractors instead of being supported by them. Slow communication, inconsistent quality, messy jobsites, and avoidable callbacks do not waste time. They put schedule, margin, and reputation at risk. We built High Performance to be the opposite.
Our mission is to deliver high-performance insulation with the kind of execution builders can actually feel: faster quotes, clearer communication, cleaner installs, tighter coordination, and work that helps the next trade keep moving. The standard is not just better insulation. It is less friction from first contact to final handoff.
When quality matters, schedule matters, and the finished job reflects on the builder, the subcontractor relationship matters more than ever. We are here to be the partner builders can trust to respond clearly, show up professionally, protect the jobsite, and help the project finish with fewer headaches and more confidence.
The standard we are building around
Fast quoting, clear next steps, and communication that reduces uncertainty instead of adding to it.
Cleaner installs, tighter field standards, and workmanship that helps reduce downstream problems.
Real ownership of the relationship from first contact through scheduling, install, and handoff.
What high performance means
To us, high performance is about the full experience of working with our company. The product matters, but so do the communication standard, the install quality, the cleanliness, and the ease of doing business.
Why we believe in spray foam
We did not build this company around spray foam because it sounds premium. We built around it because it solves more of the builder's problem in one scope. When insulation also air-seals, the shell gets tighter, rooms stay comfortable, the HVAC system does not have to work as hard, and builders reduce complaints that show up later around drafts, noise, moisture-prone weak spots, and inconsistent room-to-room comfort. For teams building homes that need to feel tighter, quieter, cleaner, and more deliberate at walkthrough, spray foam is not just insulation. It is a higher-standard shell.
Air seal and insulate
Spray foam does more than fill a cavity. It helps close off the leaks and gaps that batt alone leaves for other trades to chase later, creating a tighter shell from the start.
More comfort, less HVAC
A tighter envelope helps rooms stay more even, reduces heat gain and loss, and gives the HVAC system a smaller fight to win through every season and long summer weeks.
Fewer draft, moisture, and pest headaches
When outside air has fewer paths through the shell, builders reduce the conditions that drive drafts, damp spots and pest entry around gaps and penetrations at move-in.
Quieter, more premium finished homes
In the right assemblies, foam helps quiet the home, sharpens the comfort story, and delivers the kind of finished feel buyers notice right away at the first buyer walkthrough.
Why we use Accufoam AF1
We have worked with multiple foam products over time, and we chose Accufoam AF1 because it best aligns with the standard we want tied to our work. It gives our crews a product that sprays consistently, finishes cleaner, and supports the level of quality we expect on site.
For us, this was never about finding the cheapest foam. It was about finding the product that delivers the best overall result in quality, consistency, support, and finished appearance. From what our team saw in the way Accufoam AF1 is manufactured and tested, it stood out as the best process of any foam we found. Our crews like spraying it, the jobs look better, and the end result reflects the level of quality we want associated with our company.
We also value the support behind the product. We are based in Tennessee, and Accufoam is made right next door in Alabama. That gave us a local, USA-based manufacturer with the performance standards and responsiveness we wanted tied to our work.
Intentional product selection
We chose the product that best matches the standard we want tied to our work, not the cheapest input available.
Crew confidence
Accufoam AF1 has earned trust with our team because it sprays well and delivers a more dependable finished result.
Better finished appearance
Jobs look better when the material performs consistently and supports the finish quality we expect on site.
Closer support when it counts
Manufacturer support matters, and working with a partner in Alabama gives us a level of responsiveness we value.
What we saw missing in the market
We saw too many builders dealing with the same problems over and over again: slow quotes, poor communication, hard-to-use bid processes, inconsistent crews, messy jobsites, and work that creates unnecessary callbacks.
That is not how a professional trade partner should operate. Plenty of companies can say the right things. The difference is whether the field actually delivers. We built our process to solve the friction builders already know too well.
Slow quote turnaround
Builders lose time when numbers come back slowly or require too many follow-up loops to become usable.
Hard-to-use bidding process
If the intake process is clumsy, even good subcontractors become harder to buy from than they should be.
Poor communication
Silence, vague answers, and missed follow-up create more friction than the insulation scope itself.
Inconsistent field quality
When crews vary too much from job to job, the builder still owns the consequences.
Messy execution
Messy work affects the next trade, the finished presentation, and the builder's reputation on site.
Callbacks and preventable friction
Avoidable rework and downstream issues turn insulation into a problem the job never needed.
Built to be easier to work with
Builders do not need another complicated subcontractor process. They need speed, clarity, and a system that is easy to use. That is why we made quoting simple. Uploading plans is straightforward, the process is easy to revisit, and our goal is to remove friction from the front end so builders can get what they need without wasting time. The easier it is to work with us, the faster projects move.
Simple uploads
Uploading plans should be straightforward so builders can move quickly without a complicated front-end handoff.
Easy to revisit
The process should be easy to come back to, easy to reuse, and built around repeat builder behavior.
Faster response
Fast communication matters because quoting speed is one of the first places trust is either won or lost.
Built for busy schedules
Everything should be designed to reduce friction for busy builders who are moving multiple jobs at once.
Who we like to partner with
We work best with builders and developers who care deeply about quality, communication, and long-term performance. The right fit for us is not defined by project type alone. It is defined by people who care about their builds, care how subcontractors represent them on site, and want work that reflects a higher standard after the job is done. We value strong partnerships and long-term relationships because the best projects happen when expectations are clear, standards are high, and both sides are serious about doing the work the right way.
They care how the finished job reflects on them, and they expect subcontractors to protect that standard instead of undermining it.
They want subcontractors who communicate clearly, hit the scope, and keep the project moving without adding avoidable friction.
They pay attention to how trades show up, how crews perform, and whether the work holds up after the install is done.
They think beyond the cheapest number because they know consistency, accountability, and fewer callbacks protect the whole build.
Partnership commitment
We do not look at projects as one-off transactions. We look at them as opportunities to earn long-term trust.
We highly value our builder and developer relationships, and we believe they should be maintained through consistency, responsiveness, and execution that holds up over time. Our goal is not just to win a job. Our goal is to become the insulation partner you want to keep using because the experience is stronger, the service is better, and the work keeps reflecting well on your team.
Consistency over time
We aim to make scheduling, coordination, and follow-up feel easier every time a builder works with us.
Responsiveness that lasts
Questions, changes, and active jobs deserve quick ownership instead of phone tag and uncertainty.
Builder reputation protection
Our work should reflect well on the teams who hire us, both on site and in the finished result.
Long-term relationship thinking
The goal is not just to win a job. The goal is to become the insulation partner you want to keep using.
